Living in the in the Big Apple (1 mile east of Manhattan in Queens County) has its draw backs. Cant keep a good man down, so I work what I got and I do well for what it is. It has been a long and expensive learning lesson for me as Google has been my Elmer. I've watched a lot of W2AEW videos on you tube as to Impedance matching and smith charts. I have learned how to manipulate the Capacitive and Inductive properties of coax to tune my antenna. I change up radios. Galaxy's are my go to radio 55, 949, 959B, 2547, Lincoln II+, Johnson Viking 2 with VFO with Hammerlund HQ150 Receiver and Yaesu FT-900. All restored and modified by me with Googles help.
