In 1972 I was 8, I got my start on a CB radio we had on my Dads boat. I would listened to the many CB locals, usually pissing them off. And of coarse all Ship traffic in L.A.Harbor on 2 Meter VHF Marine Band (ch. 13 Bridge to Bridge) that opened my mind to needing operating boats for a living. Really didn't know at that time I be using radios daily for my whole life. Nice meeting you my friend and 73s to you and your family!
